Tom currently delivers 1on1 Personal Training out of We11 on Oxford Street. After an initial consultation, each client will be guided and taken through their choice of program completely specialised to their needs.
TomBlissFit offers ad-hoc 1 off sessions as well as blocks of 5 or more. In addition to this he offers a completely bespoke Sports performance package. Prices are available upon request.
